Domestic Shipping

Shipping

All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs applied at checkout

Returns

Any item in new/unused condition in its original packaging can be returned within 15 days of receipt

Shipping & delivery charges are non-refundable

There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all returned items

Shipping costs will be deducted from the cost of the returned items

International Shipping

Shipping

All international orders are processed within 1-3 days and delivered within 7-16 days. Your confirmation email will include delivery information.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns at this time for international orders.

Shipping Carriers

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Modifying or Canceling Orders

You are free to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after the order was placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you have an order you need to modify or cancel. Once we start working on a custom item, we can only make it to your exact specifications. Modifying or canceling an order that is already in production will incur additional fees for wastage. 

Defective/Damaged Orders

Please notify us immediately after delivery if your item is damaged or defective. Send photos of the damage/defect as well as the packing slip to info@neosilvan.com

Missing Items or Wrong items shipped

If you notice an item missing from your order or have received the incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately via info@neosilvan.com

Lost Shipments

All missing shipments must be notified within seven (7) days of the scheduled delivery date. If the tracking information reveals the item was delivered to the address on your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
*Note: a police complaint for theft is usually required for orders above $500.
