Powder coating is devoid of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), unlike paints and other solvent-based coatings. Even for large volume orders, our technology produces almost no pollution.

Any overspray from powder coating and abrasive blasting for surface preparation is collected and reloaded for reuse. Overspray is entirely acceptable for reuse, and reclamation helps keep operating costs low while reducing environmental effect.

Powder coating is one of the cleanest solutions on the market today, since it uses environmentally friendly ingredients and procedures. Our procedures adhere to the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) business program criteria established by the United States Green Building Council.
